Change and Transformation:
We use industry best practice including Agile and Prosci Change Methodologies, to help you understand and work out the benefits you are looking to realise from the change. We then build the strategy and plans to enable your organization to realise those benefits. We will undertake a thorough analysis to show what the change looks like. What makes us unique is that we keep things simple, we understand the nature of projects and change, and that it can be complicated. We will work with you to solve the complex solutions together. We believe you already know the solution to some of these problems, our job is to unlock and unleash that knowledge.
Currently leading the Change and IR effort on a first of its kind program in the development and implementation of a 1500V Electrical Remote Switching Solution. This includes working with senior executives in the development of an Operating Model that sets up the client for future statewide roles outs.
Project Management:
Our Director is a PRINCE2 and Agile Practitioner detailed knowledge of PMP methodology and project and program lifecycles. They have worked and managed a range of projects and programs in both the UK and Australia including Sydney Metro, the Newcastle Interchange and the stand up of a new government entity. We cover all parts of a project lifecycle from initiation, through to closing.
Risk and Assurance:
The Director is an accredited Fellow Chartered Governance Professional, and as such is able to provide corporate governance advice, as well as support businesses set up risk and assurance frameworks. This is done through mapping obligations and assessing the risks and impacts of non-compliances, and working with boards and business leaders to implement risk management plans.
Qualified to undertake audits of management systems prior to applying for certification to JAS/ANZ. We specialize in auditing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. AT Change has delivered work for Royal Australian Navy (Fleet Command) around Defence Seaworthiness Management System, as well as provided risk and assurance support for rail operations activities on SYdney Metro and the Newcastle Interchange.
We can support you in the review and design of risk and compliance frameworks, and provide risk management functions for your business as demonstrated by the integration of Sydney Metro Northwest into the wider network.
Training and Assessing:
AT Change provides training and assessment services, with qualified Cert 4 Training and Assessors on hand, we can build and deliver training to staff. We can build e-learning or face to face, using industry best practice, from the ground up. Previous work includes building a training program for Fleet Command auditors, whilst also building a bespoke seaworthiness induction and rolling this out to all leaders within Fleet Command. We have built a number of safety induction training for maintenance, customer service and train crewing.
Community Stakeholder Engagement:
Being IAP2 Certified, AT Change have the skills to facilitate a range of engagement activities with impacted staff, or community members.
